Also, on numerous occasions she has spoken well of God and Jesus. As in, we can safely assume that she believes there to be a God, Jesus, and a Holy Spirit as well. However - just because she believes there to be a God does not mean she believes in it, she may be open to the idea of Christianity, believe there to be a God, but is merely putting religion on one side for now. So, in summary, Ke$ha is spiritual, (she believes in ghosts, spirits and hauntings), she believes there to be a God, but she may be Christian or just not ready to spend her time on her faith at this time.
