I was wondering if they actually have permission to do this? I ask because a Korean artist in the past had stolen a Britney song and consequently had her ass sued because of it.

when i first heard ke$ha's i thought it sounded like a k-pop song
and then when i saw the video for the actual korean song i was like FTW
i think ke$ha only recorded a demo that ended up going to Girls' Generation
who was the korean artist that was sued?
