Hey, guys I have been having so much trouble with Artist Arena, the company that is powering Kesha's fan membership. I bought Meet N Greets and they sent me my ticket with a letter that says they would send me a e-mail a week prior to my show giving me info about my Meet N Greet, but I still have received absolutely NO info on it. Has anyone else had the same problem? Also they never sent me the shirt I was supposed to get with the Membership. HELP!!! My concert is this saturday.

i would email or call them back (as it says in the instructions if you havent gotten your email yet)
if your show is this saturday, id do it ASAP
but also check your junk email folder
as far as the shirts, im not sure
the site still isnt fully up, so they might still be finishing the whole thing
i didnt get the club package that includes the shirt so i cant say for sure
